Forum’s Evolution over the years (From 1971 till present)
Forum's Story :
Forum was founded in 1971 by five partners, several of whom had recently graduated from Harvard Business School, initially self-funding the startup. By 1982, it ranked 362 on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing private companies in America — and as clients expanded globally, Forum had already begun taking its work overseas in the late 1970s.
India was a natural next chapter. In 2009, André Alphonso, Cathy Alphonso, and Sumit Seth founded Forum India as a strategic partnership with Forum Corporation, bringing its philosophy of people-first leadership development to one of the world's fastest-growing markets.
As Forum Corporation evolved into AchieveForum and was later acquired by Korn Ferry, Forum India adapted and endured — today operating both as a Korn Ferry partner and independently as Forum Learning and Organizational Development, serving clients across India, SEA, and APAC.
The mission remains unchanged: to be the best place to learn and grow.
NBG's Story:
NeuroBusiness Group was founded in 2009 by Dr. Srini Pillay, a Harvard psychiatrist, world-leading neuroscientist, HBR contributor, and recognized among the Top 20 Movers and Shakers in human performance. NeuroBusiness Group has been focused on making understanding of human brain and behavior as simple as possible to understand and help humans to overcome the toughest challenges, which are to create real behavior and mindset shifts.
NBG expanded its footprints in Asia with Sumit Seth, who brings over two and a half decades of experience in driving behavioral transformation, underpinned by his tenure in CXO roles, his leadership of Forum India, a people development organization and his credentials as a psychologist.
